1. "Through the Eyes of a Sculpture", I was able to learn all about the journey an artist takes when creating a sculpture. The process is very time consuming and takes a lot of planning. The artist should plan by sketching and creating models. There should be feeling and emotion built into the sculpture. This video had changed my perspective for sculptors.

"Glass and Ceramics" was a very interesting. I thought it was very cool to find out that glass is made from sand. I would have never guessed because the property of glass is not anything close to sand. I also thought it was interesting to find out that glass is actually not a true solid.

2. Coming into this class, I was not very knowledgeable about art and its concepts. Having the opportunity to see examples of glass and sculptures has expanded my understanding. If you read the text first, then watch the videos, it helps to bring together all the concepts and better understand the reading. For example, in the text it tells you about sculptures and glass are made, then the videos actually show you it.

3. I am a visual learner, therefore watching the videos really helps me. Anything that deals with art, installation, craft, or sculpture, is better to see visually than to read about it in a textbook. It gives you a better feel of the concept.
