1. I chose to watch "The Drawings of Michelangelo" and "Leonardo Da Vinci: The Mind of the Renaissance." I chose these because the titles were familiar due to the artist's names. I also was certain they would be most interesting because I was familiar with the names.
2. "The Drawings of Michelangelo" was very interesting. I learned a lot about the artist. For example, Michelangelo destroyed many of his pieces of art and very few actually still exist. I also learned that he had taught himself his to sculpt.
"Leonardo Da Vinci: The Mind of the Renaissance" taught me that Leonard da Vinci was actually known as the Renaissance man. Not only was he a painter, but he was also a sculptor, architect, and a scientist. He really helped bring new ideas to his time period.
3.Both of the videos discuss the Renaissance but go into greater detail to help us understand better. Videos are more entertaining so it helps us to gain more knowledge.
4. I enjoyed these videos very much. They provided a lot of information that was quite interesting. I learned a lot about two familiar artists.
