I chose these masquerade masks because they really speak to me. I feel like they really reflect my personality. I have always been a fan of these types of masks.



 

2. Mask 1: The bright purple color really caught my eye. I believe the artist really emphasized the gold glitter surrounding the mask. This mask seems to be made of feathers, paint and glitter,
Mask2: The blue and gold colors are very appealing together. The gold flower is greatly emphasized.  You an really tell that the texture is raised. The materials used seem to consist of rope, glitter, feather and gems.
Mask3:The gold and white through out the mask was absolutely gorgeous. This was my favorite of the three I found. It is made of beads and paint.

4. I used an almond shape for the eyes. I used gems and glitter to give it  some texture. The purple and silver colors are appealing to the eye.

5. I had a really fun time creating my mask. I thought it turned out pretty well using the materials I had at home. I did think it was difficult to sketch the 3D mask.
